My World -- Intentional Faith Development Day 16

One of the coolest things I ever learned came through a theology class in which we read and discussed the book Theological Worlds by W. Paul Jones (who is at the hermitage down the road from the church).

In that book we explored the four main theological world views that exist within Christianity. For me this was a journey of personal discovery as it helped me confirm and recognize how my understanding of God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit fit within the Christian faith.

This teaching affected be in at least two ways:

1. I was able to claim my Christian beliefs as my own.
2. I was able to recognize better where people who held different beliefs were coming from. This made me more tolerant of alternate view points.
